Changes in Shipping Information
or Incomplete Addresses:
You are responsible
for providing complete and accurate shipping address information.
Please contact us as soon as possible if an error or omission
was made in a shipping address. We will correct the error
immediately.
However, if the package has already been processed by UPS
or wired to its destination, a rerouting fee of $25.00 will
be charged to your credit card. If your order is returned
as undeliverable, then you will have the option of reshipping
the order for the additional shipping charge or receiving
a credit of 50% of your order. The order is not 100% refundable
because food cannot be reused. Shipping fees are not refundable.
Late Delivery:
We will work hard
to produce and deliver your order as quickly as possible,
but we cannot guarantee specific delivery times. If your
order arrives late due to a UPS problem, then we will work
with you to try to get a credit from UPS for their amount
of shipping cost. Late arrival does not apply to gound shipments.
It ONLY applies to guaranteed serivces such
as Next Day or 3 Day Select. The cost of the product cannot
be refunded due to delivery delays.
